How long does setup take?
Most schools are running within a few days. We set up your classes, subjects and fee structure with you, then help you import your students and staff from a spreadsheet.
Do parents need a smartphone?
No. Parents can sign in to the web version from any phone, tablet or computer. Parents who do have a smartphone can also install the Shule Mobile app for Android or iPhone for a faster experience. Either way, they only need the sign-in details your school gives them.
Can parents pay fees through the app?
Online fee payment through our payment partner is coming soon. Today you can still track every payment, balance and reminder inside Shule Mobile, and record offline payments in seconds.
Where is our data stored and who can see it?
Each school runs on its own dedicated system. Your student records are never shared with other schools, and access is limited to the people you authorise — with the right role.
Can one teacher also be a parent in the same school?
Yes. One person can hold more than one profile — for example a teacher who is also a parent or a head of school — and switch between them safely after signing in.
Does it work in Kiswahili?
Yes. The whole platform works in English and Kiswahili, and you can switch at any time without losing anything.
What happens if my school stops using the system?
Your data is yours. We arrange a clean export of your records, and your system stays available during the agreed handover period.
